Intervention is a technique which has proven successful in persuading the alcoholic or drug dependent person and family members, to accept help. It is a process through which concerned persons confront the chemically dependent person by relating specific drinking incidents or use of other drugs in order to break through the denial system in place. Referral To Inpatient Treatment
When the chemically dependent person makes the decision to give up alcohol or drugs, he/she generally needs the professional environment of an Inpatient treatment center where detoxification can be achieved safely. Learn more.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment
Many managed care companies require treatment in an Outpatient setting before covering Inpatient treatment. Since 1998, Freedom Institute has offered intensive Outpatient therapy. Learn more.
Continuing Care
