As Director of Clinical Services, Caroline is responsible for the management of the clinical program and clinical staff, ensuring coordinated, client-focused operations and the highest level of clinical care for all of our clients, collaborating closely with Dr. Ryan Wade, Freedom Institute’s Medical Director.

Caroline is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and joined Freedom Institute in October 2018 as our Admissions Counselor. In 2022, she transitioned to Admissions Director with Freedom. Caroline was promoted to Director of Clinical Services with Freedom Institute’s partnership with Silver Hill Hospital in 2023.

Caroline brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to this role, having been a clinician in numerous facets of the substance abuse and mental health fields for a decade. From inpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment to individual and group counseling, and sober living, Caroline has worked with providers, clients, and their families in every stage of recovery.

In addition to her role with Freedom Institute, Caroline maintains a private practice providing individual therapy to adults with substance use issues.
